Shrimp

 

“You’re shrimpy,” she told me, squeezing up beside me at the bar.  “You ever gone lesbo?”

 

“No,” I said.  Never.”

 

She was long and lean and tall, with those red, red lips I could never achieve.  First of all, I don’t know how.  Secondly, my lips are rather thin.  Besides, it’s my eyes that are my best feature, so I emphasize them.

 

“Want to give it a whirl?”

 

I glanced up at her, slightly surprised.

 

“Come on,” she said.  “The guys in here suck, anyway.”

 

I kicked it around for a moment, then I said, “Sure, but I won’t know what the hell I’m doing.”

 

“No problem.  I’ll teach you.  By the time it’s your turn to do me, you won’t even care.”
