Honey Blind

 

“Bruce…”

“Patience!

 

I lie there without another word as he goes about his business.  I can’t see, but I feel him near me and smell the blood pumping in his veins.

 My own blood sings with erotic tension.  My fangs are out and I know it, but I try to keep them concealed.

I guess there’s a certain amount of trust on his part, too, since it’s possible for me to tear through the silk scarves and rip his throat out any time I feel like it.

"I need you, Bruce.”

He chuckles softly in the dark and strokes my hair.

"Don’t worry,” he tells me.  “I’ll get to you yet.”
