Werewolf Brothers Make Better Lovers (An Excerpt)

Hi, Everyone!
I just wanted to let you all know my new book,
"Werewolf Brothers Make Better Lovers"
is now out and available.
I also wanted to share an excerpt with you.

Paolo starts talking like he’s in the middle of telling me a story, and we walk out and reveal ourselves, pretending we don’t even see her, pretending we’re not stalking her at all, but are just two ordinary gentlemen.  I pretend to bump into her, and of course I must grab her or she’ll fall into the canal.
            “Oh, pardon me, Miss.”
“You scared the bejeezus out of me,” she says.
“So sorry.  My brother here, Paolo, was just telling me about his day.”
            She flaps her hand.
“Ugh.  Don’t mention days.  After the day I’ve had, I don’t care if I ever see another.  I’m telling you, it’s enough to make you take up drinking.”
I smile my best winning smile.
“A drink?” I say.  “Why, what an excellent idea.  There’s a tavern nearby.  We can go there and you can tell me all about it.”
            “Well...”
“Come on.  We won’t bite, will we, Paolo?”
“Not at all,” says Paolo, the charming rogue.  “Not yet, at any rate.”

The Cowboy and the Mail-Order Bride VI

Hi, everyone.
As you might know, I screwed up last Saturday and
wrote my post, but didn't publish my post.
If you want to read that one,
you can find it here.

This week's post comes a little later in the story,
right before Eleanor and John Henry consummate their marriage.

“Now you listen to me, Eleanor,” he said in a quiet voice.  “I’m going to warm you up a little, and then I’m going to spank you very hard.”
I was fascinated, like someone who’s about to get bit by a rattlesnake, and I felt my womanly parts throb.
            “Yes, John Henry.”
“All right, then.  Here we go.”
He smacked my bottom, not too hard, but steadily, covering every inch, along with the tops of my thighs.  I wondered if he could see my lady parts in this position, and hoped he couldn’t.  He smacked steadily for several minutes, and then he stopped.

Well, I hope you liked my story.

The Cowboy and the Mail-Order Bride V

Hi, everyone.

Today's snippet comes from a further part of "The Cowboy and the Mail-Order Bride."
This time Eleanor's visiting her friend Penelope,
who helped set her up with her husband, John Henry.
Enjoy!

“So,” she said, once we were alone.  “Has he spanked you yet?”

            “Penny, please.”

“Come on, El.  I’d tell you.”

            I glanced at her.

“Well, if you must know, I got it last night with a switch.”

Of course, she wanted all the details, and when I was done telling her about the whipping, she smiled ruefully.

“You always were one to let your mouth get you into trouble.  Remember that time at Miss Chasen’s when she made you stand up and recite Shelley because of what you said about poetry being for dull old maids?”

“How could I forget?  I hate to speak in front of people like that.”

Well, I hope you enjoyed this week's snippet.

The Cowboy and the Mail-order Bride IV

      Hi, everyone!
It's that time again.  Hope you are having a wonderful morning.
Today's snippet comes from a further part of "The Cowboy and the Mail-Order Bride."
This time she's in trouble for disobedience and always having to get the last word in.
Enjoy!

“Now, these last ten are going to be the hardest,” he told me.  “They’re to remind you what the rules are around here.  Now start over at one.”

            “Yes, John Henry.”

The first one hit and the fire seemed to bloom out from there.  The second and third were to my thighs, as were the fourth and fifth.

“Please.  Please, no more,” I begged, but he ignored me and carried on.

All the rest of the strokes where directed to the spot where I sat, and I knew I’d have a tough time doing so for the next day or so.

Well, I hope you enjoyed this week's snippet.
